Description     Ensures proper recording of all company transactions; supervises monthly and end-of-year closing of the general ledger. Ensures maintenance of the computerized accounting system and chart of accounts, applying adequate backup and control procedures. Monitors the applied accounting system and recommends new and/or revised policies and procedures. Prepares monthly bank reconciliations and verifies accuracy of bank statements; monitors cash flow and informs the Finance Manager of major deviations from the cash flow projection. Reviews the payroll records and the processing of pay checks/slips and reports by the Payroll Specialist in the HR department. Assists the Finance Manager in the coordination of year-end audit activities. Prepares required government reports as directed by the Finance Manager and responds to inquiries as required. Maintains other accounts and performs other accounting duties as required.
Qualifications    Experience in Oracle ERP is a Must
