(Head of Finance) experienced in food & beverage field
Work Experience and Education Requirement:-
• Bachelor’s / Masters’ Degree is strongly desired, preferably in Accountancy, Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent education/experience.
• Certified Public Accountants is preferred
• Attended Certified Finance Managers from Specialized Institutions is a plus
• Has at least 7 years working experience in Finance with Managerial level experience
33 to 35 years old
Job Scope and Responsibilities:-
• Work with the DMD and Operations on the strategic planning including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships on company-wide level as well as assisting in the development and negotiation of contracts.
• Train the Finance Unit and other staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters.
• Ensure accurate, complete & timely financial and management reporting, including monthly management accounts, balance sheet control and other financial reports.
• Oversee the operations of all accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Month-End accruals and provisions
• Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization’s needs and able to forecast trends.
• Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
• Oversee the company’s transaction processing systems
• Conduct reviews and evaluation for cost reduction opportunities
• Liaising with auditors to ensure accurate annual monitoring
• Develop and maintain accounting manual that is up to date and enforce adherence to all policies and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned
