Position summary: responsible for processing, recording, updating and reconciling fiscal information in compliance with established policies. Duties : 1- Handle accounts payable & vendor’s inquiries. 2- Perform variety of accounting tasks including business trip budget controlling & reimbursement process, daily banking activity, transactions. 3- Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. 4- Process ledger and booking entries according to stated procedures so that all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner. 5- Perform other duties as assigned. 6- Filing
Qualifications 1- Bachelor of Commerce 2- Minimum years of Experience 1-2 (Payable Accounting Section) 3- Demonstrated knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, and revising standards and practices. 4- Demonstrated knowledge of cost and budgeting principles. 5- Demonstrated high degree of analytical ability. 6- Ability to use Word, Excel, and accounting software. Experience with Oracle is preferred. 7- Ability to independently plan, organize, and coordinate work to meet deadlines and accommodate changing priorities. 8- Ability to design, analyze, and prepare financial reports. 9- Ability to effectively communicate both in oral and written form. 10- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and support business interests through the exercise of sound judgment and discretion. 11- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management and the general public, including those from culturally diverse backgrounds.
