Description Handle accounts receivable (booking of all AR related transactions in line with Company policies and procedures, follow up on payments, send statement of account and contact customers to chase for payments, production of accurate and timely reporting of ageing) Handle accounts payable (intercompany, local external, and employee claims) Processing payroll in coordination with RO in Dubai. Input and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger bookings and analysis of movement of accounts. Book accruals and other adjusting entries. Handle petty cash fund Monthly bank reconciliations Handle letters of guarantee and custom forms with the bank. Preparing and filing tax returns in liaison with KMPG. Working with the team on tax inspections, labor office and social insurance inspections, and bookkeeping requirements. Annual audits support. Support the month-end closing (prepare and analyze Trial Balance schedules; and do any other ad-hoc analysis from time to time)
Qualifications Excellent knowledge of Accounting principles Excellent computer literacy and Excel skills Expertise on the use of accounting software, experience with SAP is a preference
