About the job:

Draft, type, and file all correspondences in both Arabic, and English.

Greeting trainees appropriately via phone, or personally, and provide support answering, or referring inquires.

Maintain students attendance sheet, and forward a copy to involved parties.

Prepare invoices, reports, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, and power point.

Provide administrative support, and performs numerous duties including scheduling, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions, and requests.

Ensure proper record keeping of paper work, and maintain hard copy and electronic filling system.

Monitor, and maintain office supply inventories.

Rotational working hours, and off-days.

Company location is in Sakanat El Madi.

Job requirements:

BA degree (preferably business administration related degree).

1 year of administrative experience preferred.

Knowledge of administrative management practices and procedures will be an advantage.

Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Excellent time management skills.

Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Professional ’can do’ attitude.

Good work ethics and excellent phone manners.

Using own initiative, being proactive.

Presentable.

Good communication skills.

Ability to multi-tasks.

Age shouldn’t exceed 27 years old.
