Job Description:
1.Follow up with all fabric suppliers all invoices and delivery dates…
2.Follow up on supplier raw materials Prices.
3.In charge of all purchases above the Amount.
4.Managing the stock keeper makes sure all raw materials and fabric inventory is accurate.
5.Email the Production Team once a new fabric has been received so they can begin the testing process.
6.Make sure that the fabric order is the same amount of meters as received.
7.Inform the design and production departments for any defect in the fabric rolls.
8.Send the inventory sheet with all the fabrics quantity received to the design and production team.
9.Analysis the price of every fabric related to the previous seasons.
10. Add the workers weekly data on the weekly sheet send it to the workshop monitor and the production manger on weekly basses.
11.Analysis the fabric usage of every season after production finished.
12.Apply all cost sheets.
13.Check the actual cost of every style with the cost sheets.
14.Monitoring budget given by finance department
Job Qualifications
-English Good
-At least Two years experience in accounting field
