Document Controller is required for immediate hiring in Alstom .
Responsibilities
– Implement the documentation control system as defined within FAST and within TSY (document production, reference, verification, validation, distribution, storage, archiving + analysis reports)
– Ensure that the documentation control system is properly implemented by MEA POS Engineering Office, including their counterparts from other Engineering Offices or subcontractors on the project site
– Coordinate with TSY INFRA and POS teams to ensure timely and quality submission of deliverable in line with TSY design submission programm
– Inform/alert the Documentation Control manager about any risk related to documentation control issues or the TSY Quality Manager about any risk related to documentation quality issues
Knowledge
– MS Office suite
– ACONEX
– Experience of AutoCAD and other Engineering Software is preferable
Experience : min 5 years in an equivalent position
