Description     •Conducts the Technical customer Training sessions as per standard and make sure that client apply working cycle through implemented application. •Conducts the whole Process of Implementing Financial Applications (Installation, Configuration, Training…..Etc) •Diagnoses the source of Technical Problems & provides appropriate solutions in a timely manner. •Maintains high level of customer satisfaction that aims to meet needs.
Qualifications    •B.Sc. of Commerce, Business Administration, or computer Science or equivalent (Accounting major is preferred). •Fresh graduate or up to 4 year’s maximum experience in Accounting, ERP and/ or IT Filed. • •Excellent command of English. •High level of communication with different levels. •Very Good Time management, Presentation, negotiation & Problem Solving Skills. •Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multi tasks at a time. •Possesses Leadership skills & Team work Spirit. •Ability to travel inside Egypt as well as oversees whenever required by business needs.
