Job Description
-1-Assuring the accurate implementation for the HR Planning, Policies & Procedures 2-Writing job descriptions and Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place. 3-Maintaining the Performance Management System to get its analysis quarterly 4-Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations. 5-Extract the TNA from the Performance Analysis. 6-Launching the training program for the whole company throughout TNA, contacting IMC Providers – setting training calendar for the employees. 7-Determining strategies for ongoing training, implements collaboratively with the Leaders of Teams. 8-Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers 9-Facilitates supervisory training in personnel management (such as performance reviews, employment law, budgeting, communication, etc.). 10-Recruiting staff – this includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
Job Qualification
-Education: B sc. Business Administration or Relevant Certificates: Diploma, PHR or similar Certificates. Experience: from 0:1 years in the same field Language: Fluency in English Computer: Proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint) E-mail. -Other Skills -High ability to work under pressure -Dedicated to work -Good image & presentable -Very good analytical & communication skills Compensations -social Insurance -Medical Insurance (Public & private) -Transportation -Social Activities
