Quality Assurance Specialist

1. Conduct quality internal audits against ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000 and BRC/IoP standards. 2. Establish quality procedures. 3. Control of documents. 4. Provide hygienic and technical training to employees. 5. Monitor pest control program, operational methods, and good manufacturing practice and take corrective actions in presence of deviation. 6. Analyze chemical and microbiological results and takes corrective actions needed. 7. Approve and evaluate suppliers and production subcontractors. 8. Compose HACCP plans for products. 9. Monitor critical control points periodically
• B.Sc. degree preferably in agriculture, science or related topic to food safety. • 4-5 years’ experience. • Certified ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 or BRC internal auditor. • Administrative Skills
