Description —Prepare Salaries, review bonuses, & calculate any other payments for the employees. —Prepare the necessary reconciliation for employees social insurance. —Follow up on the Salaries transfer to the Bank & Solve any problem. —Handle all increments & deductions that may affect the payroll. —Prepare & Issue reports on monthly basis. —Distribute payments slips to all employees each month. —Maintains a base of payroll data relevant to total number of Organization manpower. —Obtain payroll data including salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations and employee deductions. —Maintains a high rate of employee retention through quality service. —Keeps abreast of the payroll processing system and changes in wage and tax laws.
Qualifications •B.Sc. Accounting or similar from reputable university •Very Good English language skills. •Very Good Knowledge of using MS Office (Word – Excel – Outlook). •Ability to work under pressure. •Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
