Description     To support and implement competitive and cost effective compensation and benefit strategies which are in line with corporate compensation and benefits guidelines to attract and retain talent. — Supporting personnel cost budgeting process and control. — To benchmark labor market trends and propose salary structure and adjustments to the business based on survey data. — To maintain accurate, efficient daily C&B processes to support all populations of employees including payroll, benefit administration, and benefit communication. — To provide consultation to HR colleagues in making hiring decision and handling employee relations cases.
Qualifications    • Minimum Bachelor degree of relevant academic study. • Thorough knowledge and experience in Compensation and Benefit; 2-3 years experience in compensation and benefit area with multinational company. • Familiar with labor law and local regulations. • Good analytical skills, effective oral and written communication skills.
