Description – Being the focal point between client and Agency – Meeting regularly with clients for projects updates, special requests or new briefs – Conducting regular market visits to check on the field team – Managing field team and communicate clients request to them promptly – Setting project timeline for smooth operation – Managing data entry team and distributing work equally on team to meet agreed deadlines – Revising and reviewing data and assuring its accuracy – Coordinating with finance team for follow ups and issuing quotations and invoices – Following up with HR Department of team recruitment and insurance – Making sure that all company policies are being applied with projects Field Team
Qualifications – Excellent command of English – Very good computer skills – Microsoft package (mainly Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Word) – Good knowledge of Business language
