Description — Revising all shipments documents – packing list vs. commercial invoice — Follow up with suppliers to ensure correct shipping paperwork are ready on time — Travel to port as requested by Head of department to follow up on the clearance procedures — Ensure compliance with the Egyptian import law, products conformity and government regulations. — Provide the head of department with a weekly report on shipping status and clearance progress — Determining safety procedures for the shipping and handling of dangerous goods. — Maintaining HS/Tariff code database of the company products — Maintaining carrier metrics and supplier logistics lead-time performance. — Communicate with the warehouse team for container receiving
