أهداف إدارة التحصيل :

    
The Collection Department Objectives:

الهدف الرئيسي : هو الاحتفاظ بالعميل كعميل نظراً لــ:    
The Major objective: To maintain the customer as a customer because of:

التكلفة العالية لإيجاد العميل .    
The high cost of finding the customer.    
§

§     
التكلفة العالية لشطب المديونية عن العميل .    
The high cost of cancelling the debts on customers.    
§

§     
إمكانية تطوير العلاقة مع العميل مستقبلاً بحيث يمكن بيعه منتجات أخرى .    
The possibility of developing the relationship with the customer in the future so that it can be sold other products.    
§

الهدف الثانوي : هو الحفاظ على حقوق وممتلكات المؤسسة     
The Minor objective: To maintain the establishment’s rights & properties.

 

مهام إدارة التحصيل :    
Tasks of the Collection Department:

§     
تدريب المحصلين على كيفية الاتصال بالعملاء والمعلومات المراد تحديثها في نظام التحصيل الآلي .    
Train the collectors on how to communicate with customers and the information to be updated in the automated collection system.

§     
توفير التغذية العكسية للمحصلين عن :    
To provide the feedback for the collectors about:

ماذا تم عمله بشكل صحيح .    
What is properly done.

ما هي الأشياء التي تحتاج إلى تصحيح .    
The matters requiring any remedial action.
